This page sets out the rules that apply when you use Play Club. It explains our relationship with users, what we expect of account holders and the basic operational terms that govern play, deposits, withdrawals and promotions. Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing real-money wagers.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that occurs under your login. Only one account is allowed per person, household or IP address unless we agree otherwise. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, or if your details change. We may suspend or close accounts where we suspect fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these terms.

Verification and account limits

We will ask you to verify your identity and address as part of our security and anti-money‑laundering checks. Verification must be completed before certain services, including withdrawals, are processed. We apply deposit, loss and wagering limits where required for safer gambling or by our internal policies.

Eligibility requirements

To register and play for real money you must be at least 18 years old and resident in a jurisdiction where our services are permitted. By opening an account you confirm you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse registrations from certain countries and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Acceptable platform use

Use of the site for unlawful activity, money laundering, collusion, exploiting software or attempting to manipulate games is strictly prohibited. You must not attempt to open multiple accounts, use third‑party bots or engage in chargeback abuse. Breaches may result in suspension, confiscation of balances or permanent account closure.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions are subject to separate terms which form part of these conditions. Only one welcome offer is permitted per person, household or device unless stated otherwise. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits and time limits for each promotion are specified in the relevant promotional terms. We may exclude certain payment methods from bonus eligibility and we reserve the right to refuse or withdraw offers where we reasonably suspect abuse.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits can be made using the payment methods shown in your account. The minimum deposit is typically £10. Withdrawals are processed to the original payment method where possible and are subject to identity checks. Processing times vary by method and may be affected by verification requirements; third‑party fees may apply. We may impose withdrawal limits and perform affordability checks before releasing funds.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a satisfactory outcome you may be entitled to refer the dispute to an independent alternative dispute resolution service where available. Updates to terms and conditions

We may amend these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to account holders by email or via notices on the site. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a change, please close your account in accordance with the account closure process.
